The 11th International Workshop on Future Trends of
Distributed Computing Systems (FTDCS 2007) will be held in conjunction with the 8th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized Systems (ISADS 2007), in Sedona, Arizona, March 21-23, 2007. The workshop is sponsored by IEEE
Computer Society Technical Committee on Distributed Processing. The
workshop will provide a forum for researchers and practitioners in
distributed computing systems around the world to present their
results, and exchange ideas and experience. In contrast to large
international conferences in this area, this workshop will place
emphasis on more in-depth discussions and project future trends.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the
following:
- Autonomic and Adaptive Systems -
Distributed Trust Management - Real-time and Embedded System
- Pervasive Computing - Sensor Networks - Distributed
Multimedia Systems - Novel Distributed Applications - Web
Services and Service-Oriented Architecture - Dependable and
Survivable Distributed Systems - Grid Computing and Utility
Computing - Wireless and Mobile Ad Hoc Networks - Work
Flow and Multi-agent Systems - Performance Modeling for
Distributed Systems - QoS and Resource Management
